Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept any unused items in the original packaging that are in new condition for return or exchange within 30 days of the order date.

Return Policy

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date
  • The Customer is responsible for return shipping and all associated fees
  • Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return or exchange
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

  • Merchandise must be exchanged within 30 days of the order date
  • Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days after we've received the exchanged item
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Pre-paid return labels are sent, free of charge, for all exchanges (US Only)
  • International orders (outside US) will NOT receive a prepaid shipping label
  • An order can only be exchanged once

Coupon Codes

  • If you forget to apply a discount code at checkout we are able to apply the discount code only up to 12 hours after placing the order
  • Only one code can be used on a purchase
  • Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been shipped

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Start Your Return

To start a return, you can contact us at info@creativecaseplace.com or log into your customer account at https://account.creativecaseplace.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
