What items are eligible for return?

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

Unused
In new condition
Returned in original packaging

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.

Once received, we’ll provide detailed return instructions. We typically respond within 1 business day.

Are returns free?

We do not provide free return shipping labels.

Customers are responsible for purchasing return postage through a carrier of their choice.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email info@creativecaseplace.com with a clear photo of the damage.

We’ll review it promptly and make it right.

I received the wrong case size or product — what should I do?

Please email info@creativecaseplace.com with:

A photo of the case
A photo of the interior showing the size imprint (if you received the incorrect size)

We’ll review the issue promptly and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you ordered the wrong item:

Return the original item for a refund.
Place a new order for the correct item.

How do I ship my return?

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
