Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept any new unused items in the original packaging for return or exchange within 30 days of the order date.

RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date
  • Pre-paid return labels are sent, with a $5 handling fee, for returns for a cash refund
  • Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return or exchange
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • International orders (outside the U.S.) will NOT receive a prepaid shipping label

EXCHANGES AND PROCESSING

  • Merchandise must be exchanged within 30 days of the order date
  • Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days after we've received the exchanged item
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Pre-paid return labels are sent, with a $5 handling fee
  • International orders (outside the U.S.) will NOT receive a prepaid shipping label
  • An order can only be exchanged once

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if your return is approved.

Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, contact us at info@creativecaseplace.com.

To start a return, contact us at info@creativecaseplace.com or log into your customer account here. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
